Refund Policy for Literature Purchases

Thank you for supporting our non-profit organization by purchasing literature. Please carefully review our policies below:

Returns and Refunds

No Refunds After Shipment
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once the purchased literature has been shipped, except in the cases described below.

Returns for Unused Literature

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if an item is missing from your package, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item(s).
For literature in new condition that you would like to return, contact the FA Office to receive return instructions.
Items must be returned to the FA warehouse in California.
The member is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable.
Once the returned items are received and verified to be in a condition suitable for restocking, a refund will be issued for the returned items.
