Advanced Registration is closed but you can still register ON-SITE (no meal plan available for on-site registration).
The hotel provides complimentary shuttle services from the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport daily, every 20 minutes from 4:20AM through 12:40AM.
About the Service Support Weekend
The Service Support Weekend (SSW) is an EAI sponsored, two-day event that takes place every other year in November. The SSW is planned by members of the Service Support Weekend Planning Committee with assistance from the EAI Technology Committee, EAI Office Committee, and the EAI Board.
The purpose of the SSW is to gather together and share about abstinence, gratitude, and SERVICE. This weekend helps FA members throughout the world stay connected and continue to practice passing on the message of recovery to those who still suffer, by focusing on the tool of service.

Tips and Suggestions
- We strongly recommend that attendees fly into Reagan National Airport as it is the closest and most convenient to the venue
- The Service Support Weekend is open to the entire fellowship, not just members within EAI
- The "coolers" that are available in the hotel guest room keep food cold enough to be safe for the length of the weekend but is not certified for medication, breast milk or anything requiring a specific temperature.
Financial aid will be provided to EAI members actively participating in service at their local level who are in need of funding to attend this event. Click here for more information. The application period ended October 10, 2024. Applicants will hear back by October 17, 2024.
