Convention Registration Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted by email to the FA World Service Office at fa@foodaddicts.org no later than the date online convention registration closes. Refunds will not be issued for requests received after this date.

Changes to meal plan purchases are not permitted after the date online convention registration closes.

Any approved registration or meal plan change that results in a refund will be subject to a $10 processing fee.

All refund-related inquiries or disputes must be directed to FA-WSI by email at fa@foodaddicts.org. Chargebacks or disputes filed with a credit card company are not permitted under this policy.
