Registration and meal plan information

  • Online registration fee (by September 2): $40 
  • On-site late fee (after March September 2): $15
  • On-site registration + late fee (after September 2): $55
  • Meal plans will not be available for purchase on-site.
  • Each FA member needs to register separately with their own log-in in order to register online.
  • You may include one non-FA guest as a part of your registration. The same meal plan options are available for guests, but without the registration fee.
  • We cannot accommodate requests for special meals. Eggs/cottage cheese/hard boiled eggs/tofu will be provided as protein choices at meals. Most hotel rooms come with a full kitchen while availability lasts. There will be also be a hospitality suite available on-site.

 

Refund policy

  • Refund deadline: September 2, 2018
  • Refunds will be made on registration and meal plan fees only if requested by email only to the FA World Service Office (fa@foodaddicts.org) by September 2, 2018. We will require you to agree not to dispute the Convention charge with your credit card company for any reason, and to contact the FA World Service Office (fa@foodaddicts.org) by email only for resolution.
