The Bylaws committee ensures that FA-EAI actions and activities comply with the FA-EAI Bylaws and FA-EAI Continuing Effect Motions (CEMs), as well as WSI bylaws governing Intergroups. The committee maintains and updates the Bylaws and CEMs. Membership on this committee is by invitation, but visitors are always welcome to attend the committee meetings.

MAIN MOTIONS VOTING RESULTS
The NY/Florida Combo Motion and the Sharon Meeting Motion both received the required 2/3 vote. These two main motions will be submitted to the WSC. The Everett Meeting motion did not receive a required 2/3 vote and subsequently will not be submitted to the WSC. To view the MOTIONS, click here.
We want to thank all the motion makers, they worked diligently with the EAI Bylaws, IT, and Office Committees to bring a voice to these motions.
Thank you to everyone who participated in this historical process.
