EAI Service Support Weekend

November 04-05, 2017 -- Dedham, MA

All are welcome to come to this annual fellowship gathering and celebration of FA service. We look forward to seeing you there!

All events will take place at:
Holiday Inn Boston - Dedham

Online registration for the event & meals will open August 1 and will close October 12, 2017.

Online registration will allow you to reserve your place and purchase meals for the event.
There is a $25 Registration fee. Payment for your registration and meals will be made online to Eastern Area Intergroup (EAI) using PayPal.

8:00: Registration Opens Check-in, receive your packet, sign up for connection subscriptions, purchase literature. Collect handouts for your meeting. Share fellowship.

9:30-11:00:  General Session – General Session - Service with a Smile  

11:15-12:00: Breakout Sessions

12:00-1:30:  Lunch – choose between catered lunch or bring your own – there will be no microwaves available

1:30-2:15: Breakout Sessions

2:30-3:15: Breakout Sessions

3:30-5:00: FA Meeting

5:30: Dinner ($35 Reserved) – There will be no hospitality room available to eat your dinner in.

7:00-8:30: Karaoke

8:30: EAI Board Meeting – all members are welcome to attend


10:00-11:00: EAI Committee Meetings

Please attend one of the following committee meetings:

  • Teens & Twenties
  • 12th Step

11:15-12:00: EAI Body Meeting Closing Remarks

12:00: Lunch – choose between catered lunch or bring your own – there will be no microwaves available

Meals may only be purchased when you register ONLINE. These meals must be purchased in advance online. You may choose from the following Meal Selections:
Optional Saturday Lunch – $25  options: Non-Vegetarian, Vegetarian
Saturday Dinner – $35  options: Salmon, Chicken, Vegetarian
Optional Sunday Breakfast – $15
Optional Sunday Boxed lunch – $25 options: Non-Vegetarian, Vegetarian $25

We hope all attendees will join us for the catered Saturday dinner!

PLEASE NOTE: The Holiday Inn will provide a hospitality area for Saturday and Sunday lunch but NOT for Saturday dinner.



We have reserved a block of overnight rooms at the Holiday Inn Boston - Dedham, at a special rate of $115 per night.
