There is no Registration fee. There will be no Meal purchase on-site. If you already pre-ordered an FA Book for Pickup at the event, then you must pick it up on Saturday, Nov. 2. You may purchase the FA Book on-site while supplies last. You may still sign-up for shared Ride and Lodging.

11:00: Registration Opens (Check-in, receive your packet, sign-up for connection subscriptions, purchase literature. Collect handouts for your meeting. Share fellowship.)

1:05-1:35:  EAI Resource Guide: EAI Service and You
1:35-2:15: The Maine Chapter: Success is Committed Service
2:15-3:55:  Local Service Areas: Service Far and Near
3:55-4:30:  The FA Book: Utility at the Meeting Level
5:00-6:45:  Dutch Treat Fellowship Dinner. Pre-registration required
7:00-8:30:  FA Sharing Meeting

SUNDAY, November 3
8:00:  Registration Opens
8:00-9:30:  FA meeting
8:30-9:45:  EAI Board Meeting or Connection Writing Session
9:45-12:00:  EAI Service Committees -- Roll up your sleeves & lend a hand while exploring our service committees
12:00-1:30:  Fellowship Lunch
1:30-3:00:   Breakout Sessions & Open Sharing
3:00-3:15: Closing Remarks



Meals may only be purchased when you register ONLINE. All meals must be purchased in advance. The meals offered are: Saturday dinner, Optional Sunday Breakfast, Optional Sunday Plated Lunch, and Optional Sunday Take-away Dinner.

Note:  There will be no hospitality room offered on Saturday, and we hope all attendees will join us for the catered Saturday dinner. On Sunday, you are welcome to bring your own meals.



We have reserved a block of overnight rooms at the recently renovated Holiday Inn Boston-Dedham, at a special rate of $105 per night.
